Yesterday, FW de Klerk’s surrender to the ANC was celebrated on behalf of Freedom Day, which, in the light of recent events, is known as Lawlessness Day. The supposed freedom of 1994 has degenerated into insolence, against which law enforcement officers as the police seem to be powerless.

Once again, it was expected that the day was used for the ANC and Communist political rhetoric, with the constant direct attacks on the whites of the country.

The leader of FF Plus, Dr. Pieter Groenewald accuses the ANC government of creating a new tribulation by oppressive racial laws and offensive statements, while white people from the country can not be free.

He pointed out that the country’s constitution’s preamble states that South Africa belongs to all those living in it and that those who strive to build and develop the country must be respected. “This is the theory of the Constitution, but in practice, no recognition is given to all, because of the ruling ANC, under President Jacob Zuma, accuses the white people of South Africa of everything that goes wrong is their fault.”

“He denounces the whites for weak economic growth, for unemployment and for inequality due to professed white monopoly capital. The rhetoric that white stole the land and that it should, therefore, be nationalized without compensation is nothing but an assault against whites.”

“Everyone in South Africa must be recognized and treated equally, but at present, white and especially young people are discriminated against by affirmative action and black economic empowerment. Young people struggle to get bursaries and restricted to gain admission to medical studies despite excellent academic achievements, simply by their skin color.”

“The Constitution certainly did not bring freedom to all in South Africa,” said Dr. Groenewald.
