Once again we’ve been treated to a magnificent three rings circus of fabricated moral outrage presented to us by the ever popular Social Justice Warrior Gillian Schutte. It did not take long for the ever present vultures of the perpetually offended non-white organisations to max out the victim card to swoop in and express their disdain for “white racists”. The Democratic Alliance even makes a cameo as the idiot step-brother in an attempt to capitalise and appear “non-racist”. Both are of course as opportunistic as they come and clearly their mouths acted a lot faster than their brains could think.

In the past Dear Gillian regaled us with such pearls of wisdom such as “Dear White People”, “Racism is so much more than words”, “It’s my hair…I bought it – part 1”. Thought provoking and truly enticing stuff to read…if you have the intelligence of a gnat’s left knee. However, if like Dear Gillian – and the hordes of her fellow SJWs whose heads pop up from the pillow every morning wondering what they can be offended by for the day – you truly believe in all the fashionable buzzwords, slogans and hocus pocus coming from the lunatic left you will no doubt be enthralled with all the virtue signalling and soapbox antics from someone who seems immune to anything remotely resembling critical thinking. Critical Race Theory – yes. Critical Thinking – nope, nope and more nope.

The summation of every “opinion” piece that Dear Gillian has ever penned can be reduced to the following: white bad, black good. If you truly want to expand on the body of said summation you can add: white racist, black not racist. This should about cover the whole narrow minded plethora of “progressive” ideas contained within said scribblings. Dear Gillian quite predictably has the Twitter moniker of Bad White – there’s a clue for you right there. Lest we forget that the majority of her musings appear in the uber-liberal Thought Leader where she is protected by the Mail & Guardian censors from anything remotely resembling criticism and ideas that would offend her delicate constitution.

As with the SJWs connected to other illustrious “progressive” movements (which all in all has a remarkable similarity with bowel movements) all over the world Dear Gillian seems to have a knack of hitting the self-righteous moral outrage button at just the right moment in time and space – this of course results in liberal head explosions which fuels the exhortations of the perpetual victim Dindos. As has been the case this last week when the target of her self-righteous moral outrage has been High Court Judge Mabel Jansen.

It is not as easy as Dear Gillian being virtuously offended by an opinion that she does not agree with – even if that opinion is based on observation and numerous studies undertaken by people who have an infinite supply of brain matter versus that of the gnat’s left knee. Oh no, there is a whole pit latrine filled with skulduggery perpetuated against a sitting judge, not for anything as noble as rectifying the “racist” behaviour of white privilege recipients but rather political interference of a special kind. The Dirty Tricks Departments in the Stasi must be so proud of the end-result of their handy work.

Google, being the awesome information-gathering tool that it is, can be such an asset for enterprising individuals. Connect this with a few useful tools provided by Anonymous and you can find just about anything on anybody. It is amazing the digital fingerprint people leave in cyberspace. All perfectly legal, mind you. And it is by using these tools at our disposal that we are able to untangle the web weaved around this farcical event.

It is a commonly known that Dear Gillian is an ardent supporter of the Economic Freedom Fighters. In the EFF she has found a kindred ideological spirit that espouses her “whites bad, blacks good” thought process, however flawed this may be. She has the utmost regard for its leader Julius Malema and being in touch with her inner SJW he can do no wrong, speak no wrong and she will hear no wrong. According to Dear Gillian’s way of thinking the man should be canonised (or the Socialist equivalent thereof) into sainthood. They should be joined at the hip – if this was a perfect world.

It is also commonly known that Kidi Amin aka Julius Sello Malema has had his fair share of legal woes over the years. Foremost of these being his enduring troubles with the South African Revenue Service. Now being a taxpayer myself that has grown tired of being extorted of my monthly earnings to the benefit of government ministers, their tenderpreneur pals, the insufferably incompetent and bloated civil service and hordes of Dindo receivers of handouts and entitlements I have a certain amount of sympathy with Kidi Amin. But fair is fair and if I have to pay, so does he. He is not a special snowflake that is exempt from the taxation tribulations honourable law abiding citizens have to face every single day. Where and how he came into his fabulous wealth is cause for concern and should be the subject of an entirely separate article.

It seemed as if his troubles have an end in sight when he reached an agreement with SARS to pay back the money. However, it seems that Kidi Amin was trying to pull a fast one on SARS. If there is one thing that this Government is good at, its smelling the money and taking it. This has predictably resulted in Kidi Amin’s legal woes with SARS becoming a mainstay of the liberal media with extensive reporting, opinions and polls whenever they can’t dig up sensationalist “white racists”… or dirt on the Zupta clan. Whichever results in the most advertising revenue.

This is where it gets interesting. Guess who is the presiding High Court Judge that on 30 April 2016 gave judgment that the whole sordid affair needs to go to trial? That’s correct children – Judge Mabel Jansen. Although no date has been set it is not presumptive to assume that Judge Jansen would be the presiding judge in that trial as well.

Are you putting two and two together? The maths are quite simple. Kidi Amin is faced with the prospect of a judge presiding over a trial which he hasn’t a snowball’s chance in hell of winning. Seeing that she did not accede to his demands that the whole matter be dropped – and that he now has to go to trial – one can rightly assume that he views her as an enemy. And what better way of ridding oneself surreptitiously of an enemy than by having the enemy withdraw or be withdrawn due to scandal. Dear Gillian provided the perfect solution by digging up a private conversation from a year ago and pressing the liberal head-exploding self-righteous moral outrage button repeatedly and as loudly as she could – with her being an SJW that was quite a cacophonous noise. As with SJWs everywhere she has no qualm to release select portions of the private conversation that has the desired effect, she has no qualm that at the centre of the communication was a request for assistance to one of South Africa’s most shameful scourges. And being the narcissistic personality that she is, she saw no problem with her actions resulting in a career and a life’s work being destroyed. As long as she achieves her goals.

But what if, just if, Dear Gillian is correct and Judge Mabel Jansen was being an odious racist? Let’s look at some uncomfortable truths regarding rape in South Africa. It is truly shameful that rape is endemic in South Africa with Rape Crisis reporting that 53 617 rape cases have been registered with SAPS in 2014/2015. However, CEDAW (Convention of the Elimination of all forms of Discrimination Against Women) holds that only 1 in 9 rape cases are actually registered with SAPS, bringing the suspected total to about the 480 000 mark. Africa Check published that only 1 in 13 rape cases are registered with the SAPS bringing the suspected total to about the 700 000 mark. The Medical Research Council report similar suspected totals. Rape Crisis, the Medical Research Council and the Institute for Security Studies all report that 40% of all women will be raped in their lifetime and only 14% of all perpetrators will be given correctional punishment for their crimes in South Africa. Some perspective – if the actual number of rapes were between the CEDAW and Africa Check totals i.e. 590 000 and only 1 in 9 are reported (best possible scenario) i.e. 65 000 reported rapes it would mean that only 9 000 individuals would serve any jail time for their crimes which translates into a real world conviction rate of less than 2% versus reported and unreported rape totals

A woman is raped every 35 seconds of every day in South Africa.

One would think that, given the above, Dear Gillian would not stoop to using rape as a tool against a sitting judge who actually deals with rape cases every single day. But alas no, she’s “offended” by the notion that rape might be a cultural problem within black society.

When visiting the “Most Wanted” page of the saps.gov.za website the following is displayed:

Top Most Wanted: 6 Individuals of which 3 are sought for rape. All 3 are black.

Most Wanted (All Categories): 60 Individuals of which 12 are sought for, or are suspected of, rape. All 12 are black.

Wanted or Suspected (Category Rape): 12 Individuals of which 1 is Coloured, 1 is Oriental and 9 are black.

The Institute for Security Studies compiled and published the report “Why, when and how men rape: Understanding rape perpetration in South Africa” (Rachel Yewkes, Yandisa Sikweyiya, Robert Morrel and Kirsten Dunkle, MRC, SA Crime Quarterly no 34, December 2010). Here are some shocking tidbits from the report:

“Many women perceive that they are unable to legitimately refuse sex with a husband or boyfriend, to the extent that sexual coercion by an intimate partner is often regarded a ‘not rape’. In similar vein, conducting research with women who might be victims may lead to underestimating the magnitude of the problem of rape in South Africa. Notwithstanding these limitations, research among pregnant women in Soweto found that 7,9 per cent had been raped by a non-partner as an adult, 5 per cent raped before the age of 15, 12,4 per cent raped the first time they ever had sex, and 20,1 per cent had been forced or threatened into sex by a husband or boyfriend.”

Soweto. I don’t know about you but there aren’t many whiteys, coloureds or Indians living in Soweto. Hmmm, conundrum.

Similar studies to the above have been done in KwaZulu Natal and the Eastern Cape with significant numbers of respondents (a whopping 40%) having admitted that they have raped a woman at least once with various being multiple offenders.

Daily we are informed of the horrifying scourge of home invasions and farm attacks. Rape and sexual assault is present almost every time and the perpetrators are without fail – unless we missed something massive – black.

One can only surmise that Dear Gillian, her fellow SJWs – including the blue-dyed armpit hair Feminazi crowd who think disagreeing with a woman is rape – and the perpetual victim card waving Dindos are willfully ignorant of what is happening in reality.
