Hatred and war crimes that are taking place in the so-called democratic South Africa… Black terrorists break our doors and windows to get into our homes under the pretext of theft.

The families are overpowered and tied-up. In other words, they are totally at the mercy of the “robbers” and helpless to offer any resistance.

Then the atrocities, including rape and torture are committed which are described as war crimes.

In most cases men and children are forced to watch women being tortured and raped. Women are being burnt, tortured and sodomized with hot plastic, irons, broomsticks, hair dryers and many other household appliances.

Under the Roman common statute rape is described as the following:

Rape can also be recognized as genocide when committed with the intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a targeted group.

The terms rape and sexual assault may be used interchangeably. There is no universally accepted definition of “war rape”.

The Explanatory Note of the Rome Statute, which binds the International Criminal Court, defines rape as follows:

The perpetrator invaded the body of a person by conduct resulting in penetration, however slight, of any part of the body of the victim or of the perpetrator with a sexual organ, or of the anal or genital opening of the victim with any object or any other part of the body.”[46]

And

The invasion was committed by force, or by threat of force or coercion, such as that caused by fear of violence, duress, detention, psychological oppression or abuse of power, against such person or another person, or by taking advantage of a coercive environment, or the invasion was committed against a person incapable of giving genuine consent.

Kofi Annan, the Special Rapporteur of the United Nations (UN) said in Den Haag that rape taking place across colour boundaries in a Multicultural State like South Africa, is nothing but genocide.

Why and for what reason are we remaining silent about this war crimes being committed against us?
